Our system uses bots to roll six-sided dice. To successfully beat an encounter, you must roll the required amount of successes specified. If you are familiar with the Tabletop game Ten Candles, the system may seem familiar to you. We've just modified it a little. Knowledge of Ten Candles is not necessary for this system.
Stats
Every character starts with 18 stat points.
Each stat point = 1d6 which you will be able to roll when facing an encounter. A success is counted as a 5 or 6 result on the die. Depending on the difficulty of the encounter, you may need to roll multiple successes.
Every 5 or 6 rolled is a SUCCESS.
Here are the different stats:
Vitality (VIT) - How well someone can take a hit
> Each point of Vitality is one point of HP.
Physical (PHYS) - Traditional feats of the human body, such as demonstrations of strength, speed, and nimbleness.
> This will be used for ALL PHYSICAL attacks and checks.
Sorcery (SORC) - Anything magic related.
> This will be used for ALL MAGICAL attacks and checks.
Academics (ACA) - An educational knowledge. Academics covers history, politics, geography, understanding technology and creating it, economics, popular religious customs, the ins and outs of magical theory, and investigation.
Lore (LORE) - A more traditional knowledge. Lore covers stories, songs, useful plants, creatures that roam the world, perception, customs of places you’ve traveled, and you have more of a hold on rumors. Maybe someone with high Lore doesn’t know all the religious customs and rituals, but they’ll know of the godly myths.
Blessings (BLESS) - Random boost by your God/Goddess!
> This will be used as a secondary number for CRITICALS while DEFENDING, HEALING, AND ATTACKING. You will ALWAYS roll your bless WITH these actions.
