Description: Ishari is a region primarily composed of grasslands and forests. There is no central governing body, but the region is entirely composed of separate clans. The leaders from each major clan hold a summit annually in the capital city of Shen. Shen is a neutral zone where no weapons or violence is allowed. They take turns leading the summit annually so there is a sense of equal opportunity. There are many smaller clans as well that are constantly trying to gain a seat at the summit in a grab for power and legitimacy.

How technologically advanced is this country? Is magic preferred?: Not very technologically advanced as they prefer to stick to traditional means that have been passed down through the generations. Magic is generally distrusted.

How many are educated, and how?: They are mostly educated in combat.
How did the majority of current people come to be on this land?: They have lived here for generations.
Why do people choose to live here?: Most people don’t unless they wish to live a more pastoral lifestyle or to improve their physical combat/ability.
